Class film A Matter of Taste will be released on DVD on June 19th by First Run Features. Edited by TEC alum Amy Foote, the film follows Paul Liebrant over a decade and reveals his creative process in the kitchen as well as the extremely hard work, long hours, and dedication it takes to be a successful chef in New York City. A Matter of Taste had its world premiere in competition at 2011's South by Southwest Film Festival, appeared on HBO, and earlier this year received a James Beard Award for Best Special/Documentary.
