FCP 100: An Overview of Final Cut Pro 6
Course Description
This two-day, hands-on course introduces students to the primary feature set
and basic interface of Final Cut Pro. Topics include navigating
the interface, basic editing techniques, adjusting and customizing
settings, capturing video and audio, trimming, audio editing,
finishing and final output.
Who Should Attend?
This class is designed for anyone looking to edit
professional-quality video using Final Cut Pro. Understanding
of the Macintosh operating system and basic computer navigation
is desired. The course is designed for those who prefer interactive,
hands-on training to best explore the full functionality of Final
Cut Pro.
All students receive
the Apple course book Apple Pro Training Series: Final Cut
Pro 6. There is a maximum of eight students in each class,
and each student works at his or her own editing system.
The course cost is $700.
Prerequisites
- Basic knowledge of the Macintosh OS
